Another day before the arrival of Malaysia's birthday and I almost forgot all about it. Time do flew by very fast this year. And i mean how can that not be with all these assignments piling up and all those events happening? LOL...
And that remind me of something. On my last of holidays, which is last Saturday, i saw something which seems to be pretty remarkable and yet silly at that particular time. With National Day just around the corner, i guess people all around are trying to be patriotic or seems to want to be so. But, i think one should be rational in some way to show one's gratitude and loyalty to any country of your own. It is therefore, in my opinion, not a competition to just prove the extend of loyalty that one has towards the country. It is the action that matters, well, in this case, i mean, rationality.
So back to the thing i saw last Saturday. I actually saw a Waja with (i might be exaggerating)thousands of Malaysia's flags which were arranged from the front to the back, which include the roof of the car as well. I am not sure whether that is because of a patriotic competition or something of that sort, or it might be that of the person's way to prove his affection towards Malaysia, but is it not dangerous at all to put all those flags there, in which might lead to an accident as they were blocking (perhaps not entirely, but most of the view)the driver's view.
In conclusion, that are a million ways to show one's affection towards, in this case, one's country, and there are a thousands of other things that one care. However, do be rational and do not put yourself to the limit of something that one cannot possibly achieve or so called being crazy...
Happy Birthday, Malaysia!!!!
