People keep telling me that the best activity to do during rain is to cuddle yourself into a ball and sleep. Their reason? Well, it is because it is cold, and with regard to Malaysia's climate, that is the reasonable thing to do, no?
Well, it is a different story on my part. Whenever it rains, there are three things that is my favourite. And that is never to sleep.
1) I would take a book and come down to the Seroja study corner or just below my hostel and read leisurely over there (well, I used to do so, but now no more as I am in Worawari and well, the condition does not permit me to so)
2) Make an excuse to go down my flat in Penang and just enjoy the literally "Walking in the rain"... and 3?
I always have this fantasy or owning a house with a tall window sill, whereby there will be cushion or seats near the window sill. And whenever there is rain, I will make myself a hot chocolate and a romance book or any other book for that matter and just sit by the window sill, reading and sipping some of the hot chocolate.
Here is how it looks like, well, sort of...
